We are in a time where being healthy is becoming a staple for many people. Oftentimes, many run to the trending lifestyle of veganism. In doing so, key nutrients are eliminated from your body for reasons such as lack of information before diving into this daily trending lifestyle. However, as women we can suffer the most. Due to our monthly menstrual cycles, along with eliminating certain proteins from our bodies, and lacking the information needed in order to sustain great vegan habits, to eliminate becoming anemic or borderline anemic. It is no secret that Anemia and veganism go hand in hand, however in order to alleviate this common problem it would be beneficial to add moringa to your diet as well as this juice recipe that I have created and listed below.

Nothing But Pure Juice Anemia Juice:

2 carrots

2 bunches of spinach

1/2 lime

Handful of parsley

1/3 cup water

2 bunches of watercress
